Bleaching Agent FAS

1. Product Character:
FAS is one kind excellent pulp and paper bleaching agent, it can be used in reduction bleaching,waster paper deink bleaching. It is very stable in air and can be used under the normal equipments. Because of high reducibility and good stability, it is very suitable for high temperature continual bleaching, and there is good for environment, does not increase the waste water pollution load, conforms to the environmental protection requirements.
2. Specification:
Appearance: Odorless crystal powder.
Purity: 99.0%Min.
Moisture:0.05%Max.
Iron(Fe):10ppm Max.
3. Use method:
Under alkali conditions, add FAS water solution into pulp to bleach the pulp, the quantity is decided by the pulp nature, usually one ton pulp need 0.3%~0.6% FAS.
Technics Conditions as follows:
a. FAS dosage: 0.5%.
b. NaOH dosage: NaOH:FAS=1:2(Weight).
c. PH: 8.8~9.0.
d. Time and Temperature: Under 8 0°C at least 30Min.When the temperature is low, can lengthened bleaching time accordingly.
